Silver Care
This is the designation given to Drivers who have been with the Company
for at least three years,have a clean record and are prepared to give
that little extra service.
Originally established to benefit “Caring Institution”
clients, this service is now available to Corporate clients. |

Silver VIP
Direct
Caller Line Identification identifies the incoming telephone number
and with the caller’s permission, a template is created which
includes the name and pick-up address, for use with all future bookings.
This greatly reduces the call taking time and helps personalise
the process. |

Parcel Delivery
Often quicker and of similar cost to the services offered by courier
companies.

Sightseeing
Tours
Experienced drivers are able to put together a tour of any duration
at an hourly rate less than that of a Hire Car. |

Special Services
A separate section within the Communications Centre established to handle volume users whose normal bookings are out of the ordinary. |

Lost property
Passengers are encouraged to check that they have all of their belongings at the end of each journey. If any property is accidentally left in the taxi cab, the driver must, if the property is not claimed, deliver the property to the Victorian Police.
