In addition to the Standard Hiring Fare (see above) an $11 surcharge is added to the fare to reflect a superior level of service and vehicle comfort being supplied to our customer.

Wheelchair Accessible Taxis
For customers with a wheelchair
For customers with a wheelchair, some vehicles may accommodate 2 wheelchairs, up to 5 passengers. For wheelchair passengers holding a Multi Purpose Taxi Program M31 card there is a $10 Lifting fee paid electronically to the driver by the Victorian Taxi Directorate in order to compensate them for the extra time involved in safely loading and unloading wheelchair passengers. This fee is not paid by the passengers.
